Why did you choose Haikemu?

I was looking for an employee with a pharmacist's license at the time when I graduated from college in Japan and was trying to put the power of medicine on Haikemu. Because my acquaintance is in Hiememu and I was asked "Please come to interview", I will interview you.

Please tell me what you are doing now.

My department is working to import Chinese medicines into Japan. At that time, it is necessary to respond to pharmacists such as application and registration of raw medicines in Japan. I am responsible for the pharmacist. In addition, we have licenses for some medicines in Japan and is also the manufacturing manager. Production managers need professional skills and must have a Japanese pharmacist license.

It's going to be difficult. At what time do you feel rewarding when you work?

It is a place that you should not continue studying new things all the time. It was the first attempt by Hai Kemu to treat pharmaceuticals in Japan. Naturally, know-how about the registration of raw medicine in Japan is not done to the company, nor does it know the senior. At first I started from the stuttering state at all from what was in the form. Therefore, I think that these five years have always been study days. Finally, thanks to my seniors and customers, I was very happy to be able to register 9 medicines in Japan at present.
In recent years, the number of applications and sales of Japanese medicines in China is also increasing. I think China is a new challenge because the registration method and the form of Chinese law are different from those of Japan.

What did you get from Haikemu?

The pharmaceutical division is also a new business for Haikemu, so it is a valuable experience for me to be able to do so, and I think that it has become a property in future career. I think that the growth was faster than the people of the same position of the other companies because it pioneered itself. "Your growth = company growth" is heavy, but it can be rewarding.
